Work. Lead Software Engineer at dona.uz , a live-shopping marketplace. Mobile app, seller panel, backend — which is where I’m learning Go for real rather than from exercises.

Building. shoshshi: live, 200+ users off one ad, none of them seeded by me. Only the cold start matters now — talk hours instead of always-on, and the gender ratio before any spend on acquisition. yamu shipped; maintenance only.

Waiting, and honestly waiting. maymun — no product code until the Uzbek voice passes a blind test with ten native speakers. That gate is the work. Oris is behind it. Go depth means the SRE book and my job, not a new side project.

Community. Gopher Uzbekistan under FLOSS Uzbekistan  — gopher.uz  and the Telegram group.
